K1 standard chimney breast.
Artisan manufacture a complete chimney breast 48" wide x 10" deep x
height to suit. Supplied with an alcove above the fire containing low voltage remote
control lighting with toughened 10mm glass display shelf. Manufactured in high density
board, the K1 is supplied fully painted and fully assembled and looks exactly like a
plastered chimney breast once installed. Available for DIY installation or we can install

plasma/LCD chimney breast
Custom made to house your plasma TV. We can also accomodate centre speakers ets.
Picture shows Odyssey fire installed. Artisan manufacture the chimney breast in house.
Picture shown is 60" wide x 10" deep x your ceiling height, but can be made to
ANY size.Manufactured in high density board, the K1 is supplied fully painted and fully
assembled and looks exactly like a plastered chimney breast once installed. Available for
DIY installation or we can install at extra cost. All of the cabling can be concealed
within the false chimney breast, we can also manufacture units to house ancillary
equipment such as video, dvd, satellite etc (see our furniture section).
The recess for the plasma is normally made to show a 50mm space all around the TV
to allow for ventilation & to enable you to lift the TV onto your mounting bracket.
The recess is precision cut to height width & depth required. The back of the recess
is 18mm thick & is perfect for securing the mounting bracket to it.
Cost of chimney breast custom made to house plasma TV is £559 incl vat. Speaker
cutouts are priced at £30 per cutout.

The K1 plasma
chimney breast is a made to measure unit to accommodate any or all of the following. It is
supplied fully assembled & painted.
Plasma or LCD TV – A recess is made for the TV to fit flush with the chimney
breast, typically 75mm larger all round the outer dimensions of the TV. We require the
height, width & depth of the TV (including the mounting bracket)
Electric fire – we have a selection of electric fires available on our website
(see link on left for electric hole in wall fires) and in our showrooms
Media cabinet – we manufacture the media cabinet in a range of materials to
include oak, wenge, american black walnut, maple, beech etc etc. It is made to measure
with an optional adjustable shelf. The media cabinet is usually situated below the fire
which can house DVD player, video, satellite etc etc
