Artisan will produce a carved house number or name plaque/sign for your home, business or boat, the lettering and border are carved in relief on a solid English oak background. To discuss your design, contact us with your requirements. A proof is provided prior to commencement.

Finishes explained
Unfinished oak can be allowed to weather naturally or customer can finish using a range of exterior stains, preservatives  or varnishes. To enhance the lettering, sand or rag off the stain from the lettering and border.
Clear lacquer, we finish the plaque with a clear matt lacquer which is suitable for shelterd use ie. in a porch.
Antique finish, see Sea Myth above, we finish the plaque with a stain which is sanded on the lettering & border to enhance the lettering, it is then finished with a clear matt lacquer which is suitable for shelterd use ie in a porch
