Malvern radiator covers are made to measure in our factory.
Choice of wood finish including mahogany, pine, maple, beech, american black walnut, can also be stained if required. Finished with satin clear lacquer for a superior quality finish.
Painted finishes : high quality sprayed satin finish to include white, old english white & buttermilk as standard. Other BS800 finishes are also available at small additional cost.
Exclusive under shelf fixing bracket, no need to drill wall.

Our solid brass grille is hand-made to measure from 3mm solid brass bar which is carefully half-jointed at each intersection & fixed to solid brass mesh. Each intersection is then drilled & riveted together using honeycomb rivets. The grille panel is then screwed to the inside of the radiator cabinet with a rebated wooden strip.
To calculate the cost of the grille you multiply the width of the radiator including valves, by the height of the radiator from the floor to the top x £0.075 to calculate the cost. Example - 46" wide x 28" high x £0.075 = £96.60
