Terms & Conditions Ordering Once your order is received, we will give you a unique order number for your reference. A confirmation is sent by email confirming your order and any deposit/payment made. We will have given you an estimated time for delivery based on current supply times. Once your goods are in our warehouse and ready for dispatch, we will contact you by telephone to make arrangements for delivery. Pricing Delivery Deliveries are made either by our own transport or by
reliable couriers. In both cases it is a requirement that goods are signed for at the time
of delivery. Delivery drivers will require assistance with heavier/bulkier items. If you have received damaged goods, this must be reported
in writing within 24 hours, preferably by email Returns All goods are sold with a seven day cooling off period. Any goods returned must be sent to us in the original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us in the same condition as they were dispatched. We charge a 20% restocking fee on returned goods to cover our costs. Installation Artisan do not undertake installation of fires and fireplaces. It is your responsibilty to arrange installation of goods in accordance with manufacturers instructions. Artisan reccommend that you use CORGI registered installers for any gas installation.I Accuracy of Information All information, descriptions, dimensions are provided by manufacturers.
